Valley Quest is a place-based education model of creating and exchanging treasure hunts in order to collect and share our community’s distinct natural and cultural heritage — our special places and stories. Join the Hartford Parks & Recreation Department and Valley Quest coordinator Lauren Griswold from Vital Communities as we follow our Quest's clues on an easy, 45-minute walk to our treasure box's hidden location. We'll learn about this special place, its ecology, history, and beauty along the way. All ages welcome. Free.
