Murphy, the first service member to receive the Medal of Honor for Service in Afghanistan, this is a go-at-your-own-pace challenge with options to modify. 7:45 am Warm-up • 8:00 am Start CHALLENGE INCLUDES: 1 MILE RUN, 300 SQUATS, 200 PUSHUPS, 100 PULL-UPS, 1 MILE RUN Options will be available to modify, if needed.
