Red Cross Lifeguard Certification at Upper Valley Aquatic Center March 21 – March 23, 2025 Friday 4:00 pm - 7:30 pm, Saturday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, and Sunday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Prerequisites: Complete the 9-hour online course that is sent out one week prior to the start of the course, ability to swim continuously 150 yards straight into a 2 minute tread with no hands back into a last 50 yard swim, and complete a timed drill diving for a weighted brick.
