Join us for White River Junction's Biggest Halloween Event!
Celebrating its 21st year, Gory Daze started as a small gathering in 2002 and has grown into WRJ’s most exciting night of the year! With over 1,000 participants, this costume parade and post-parade Afforda-Ball will be an unforgettable night for the entire community.

Event Schedule:

5:30 PM – Halloween-O-Thon
Location: JAM (5 South Main St.)
Short horror films by local filmmakers. Visit uvjam.org for details.
 

6:30 PM - 7:45 PM – Pre-Parade Party
Location: Main Street Museum (58 Bridge St.)
Family-friendly event with live music from Western Terrestrials and a bonfire. Monsters might make an appearance! FREE (Donations welcome).
 

7:45 PM – Parade Line-Up
Location: Main Street Museum
Costume parade led by Brass Balagan kicks off at 8 PM.

8:00 PM – Gory Daze Parade
Route: Main Street Museum, under the railroad, South Main St., ending at Briggs Opera House.
Open to all ages! Costumes and hand-pushed floats encouraged.
 

9:00 PM – The Afforda-Ball
Location: Briggs Opera House (5 South Main St.)
Featuring the B-52.0's (a B-52’s cover band) and DJ GenderEnder. Admission is only $10 at the door! Cash bar available (ID required).
